You can use the Cbite Falcon single-pour disposable dental articulator system with or without metal dowel pins. We designed it for use with low to high expansion dental die stones. It is very popular with the dental lab technicians and lab owners because they find it Simple, Accurate, Versatile, & Economical. They tell us they SAVE time and money without compromising on quality.

The key features of the Cbite Falcon™ is its Simplicity and Accuracy. We designed the stone channel to ensure accurate and stable dies. Also, we re-designed the surface die stabilizers so they are easier to clean and clear out if stone debris gets inside the indentations on the dies.

We are very proud of the clasp and ball design because it does a good job of simulating the movement of the jaw’s condyle for good lateral and protrusive movements. At full rest the position is always automatic centric. If you have a dental case with a free end unit, you can use a non-disposable backstop pin for addition stability. If the incisors are missing, you can use the same backstop pin upfront as an incisal pin.

When you have completed your dental case, you get to send it to your customer the dentist with the fully articulated dental model. The dentist always prefers this so they have a reference point in case there’s an issue with the dental prosthetic. When all is done, the dentist can send the used Cbite Falcon™ articulator for recycling to help preserve our environment. All in all we are good for everyone including our planet.
